What you’ll do

  • Discovering innovative business areas, trends and technologies around our data-based co-marketing approach
  • Leading teams through the research process to develop thoughtful and inspiring insights with our partners L'Oréal & dm
  • Creating inspiring ways to tell stories and sell products
  • Turning insights (in markets, competitors & target groups) into strategic solutions and collaborating with teammates to create innovative experiences and services
  • Writing creative briefs, setting strategic goals, facilitating workshops and creating slide decks that communicate ideas effectively and convincingly to our clients
  • Introducing techniques and methods that feed into powerful concepts as well as preparing human-centered business models
  • Prototyping experiments in an agile sprint design including scaling recommendations

What we’d love to see

  • A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in design research, experience design and/or strategic planning
  • Extensive knowledge of the development of strategic concept papers and the development of customer journeys, personas and channel planning
  • Experience in human-centered and data-driven innovation on and offline
  • The will to shape and lead strategic systems problem-solving in contagiously human-centered, narrative ways
  • Experience in a variety of research methods, including some quantitative methods
  • Strong presentation skills with a creative and compelling storytelling style
  • Strong curiosity for new tools, technologies and methods that push learning in new directions, reach users in new ways, inspire the team and content and compliment depth of insight with scale
  • You are the driving force for innovative ideas, trends and new technologies and bring your own unique perspective to our team
  • Experience working on e-commerce projects a plus
  • Fluent German (near-native proficiency)
